I've heard from a friend that a new Job Portal is going to rise this September 9, 2009 (9/9/9). It's called Profession Literature. You can visit their site at www.professionlit.com. One of the key features of this site is that, applying online becomes very easy. No need to create your account, fill-out long and tiring forms and apply for verification. Just search for the job, attach your resume and hit "apply now" button. And the best part is, it's totally free!!!
On the employer's side. I believe, they are going to offer this service for free and they will provide level 1 screening of applicants. Level 3 screening will be available soon but with minimal fee. Job advertising becomes very easy and very efficient.
I'm excited to see this long awaited service.
